One year ago, Chris's schedule posted with CSO

I thought his poster would be in the display case
of train station

There are opera hous and other theatres together in
this block

Back then, I knew I was going to send flower to Chris
and I want the poster so, I asked them but over a year, staff changed.

Monday before the show, I stopped by to make sure about the flower delivery and found Chris' poster was up so, I asked if I could have that when they take down. I thought I would have to wait till spring but they took it down and I got it . |

I left work. The bus from front of work to station
and light rail, the train.. There was a lady in the light rail and she
started walking to the same direction as me. I wonder she was going
to Chris' concert, too.

One more block, people are heading to the theatre.
There was another event at the other theatre.

There's disurbing thing....across the street, a man
was screeming to his wife looking lady. I think she locked everything
in the car...

With the crowd, I went in the theatre, ticket scaned, the asher told " turn left and go down the star..." I used the bathroom upstari. People were asking section asher to escort to the sheet. Stupid me, I asked the asher lady if I could take picture. She said no. I did anyway and I think the same lady came and told me erase the pix later. Anyway, when she was taking me to the sheet, I noticed the stage was set for the band. The first half as supposed to be CSO only show. Even the clerk said Chris' show would start at 8:25. Mark was there and I think I said hi from far. The asher lady said "oh, you know those people? |

My sheet is front row center, a couple of sheet to
right. Wow, there's no space between the stage except and sheet. Just
walking space. It's like sitting front sheet of the car and the stage
is dash board kind of spacing. Somehow my purse (a bag came with ordering
magazine..) stuck a corner of the chair and I almost fell. Actually
I fell a half way to the person. "oh, I'm sorry. Are you OK?"..then
I got back. A lady said "Yoshiko san!!"

The ticket Angelo's Trumpet ( I'll go AT..) got from ticket swap was right next to me. I got so excited. It was the first time I met forum people in person. Plus she is Japanese so, I got talking in Japanese. Mark was on the stage and I said Hi to him. I said I got his CD. AT had his new one. The show started with anouncement " there's change in program.." Chris' show to begin. I got confused. "OK, so, did they switch the 1st and 2nd half? CSO later? Do I leave then? I have to go back to work..." |

It was sooooo close to the stage, almost srenaded to me all night.I could hear him mumbling. I think I got eye contact a few times. A lot more than hew times. Later on, I was taking pic and he looked at me while he was playing long tone but he burst up, he laughed and he gave up the tone and he said something then, he sucked back and continued playing song. Do I look funny? I didn't ask what wrong was it. My guess is the red light to focus comes on the camera was shining his eyes... Chris talks with mich to comunicate with a whol audience plus he walk around and play. He even goes to back side of the stage since it's all around sheeting. When he went back there, people cheering way far.
