Sold out show!!!Not pre-show like Red Rocks with Dianna Krall, not a part of jazz festival. I'm so proud of him. Lucky to be a part of audience for this event. |

When I was sitting, not taking picture, I put camera on my lap. specially, romantic song, Chris playing and looking at me, no way to look at him with camera.. Towards to the end of the show, lots of standing abation, clap hands, I still wanted to take some pix,,no lap to put camera,,,I put camera on the edge of the stage to clap hands |

remember..Akapera. no mich. I think with orchestra. He can do that whole
show. Very magical sound.
Before he left, he shuck the hand with some of front row audience( 2 or 3 people). I was one of them. I was standing, spaced out..OK,,,let's go to meet&greet...he said he would be out in lobby. I was going to hung around with AT but she was upset because Chris didn't shake her hand. He shook my hand and he changed direction and went to the other side of stage. She said he's angry at her for something she wrote in forum before. I said "no way. he never check the forum.. let's go to meet&greet. You can shake his hand, take picture, all kind of staff." |
AT showed me her gift bag for Chris. She got candy since it's a day before Valentine's Day. Yeah, in Japan, girls give chocolate to boys. I remember polular boys got bag full of chocolate. She also had a charm she got when she went back to Japan. We went to upsair. The sage and our level was downstair. We were going to use bathroom but no guess, it's full. I said "let's go back to downstair. there was a bathroom down stair." so, we went back, walking against the crowd, one lady said " You got shaking hands with Chris!!" Yea!!!! |

The line was from the table to the wall and curved back. Mark and Sy came out and we could get picture taken with them and CD autographed. He said he's helping out to move the line. I almost forgot to get take CD back the mark signed. Ooops. I was excited being with AT. speaking in Japanese and lots of Chris staff. And after this, I was going back to work.. I wonder how many husband were there just for their lovely wives.

If I go to his show with my BF, he would take lots of pix but not this time. A guy near me on the line offered to take pic. |
He gave me Hollywood style hug with kiss. Ether "the one at front row showed up meet& greet" or "crazy woman in Colorado". He looked like he remembers my face but not my name. The other day I was on the morning bus, same people get on that one. Some people are on and off. Some people were gone a while and back..I got it! I don't know their names. It's sort of like that.

I had uni for Chris. I didn't have time to make up pieces of sushi. I made sushi rice though. I hope he's creative to put them together. AT handed her bag to Chris. He asked HER what's in it. She doesn't speak English well (I'm bad, too but a little better than her). I started telling him then, he said, "let her tell" and looked in her eyes( it's like elementary school, the teacher ask question to the class. The student have to raise the hand if you know the answer. I complaint, "you never pick me.".the teacher said "I know I have questions only you can raise the hand") He wants to communicate with lots of people! Isn't it the reason what his song choice are..the way he plays..not like snody straight head jazz musicians...she said "chocolate.." Then, he said "all I eat is uni and chocolate..yeah.." ...well, no one brought buiscoti like in NJ...so, what kind of food doea he Swant then...? I think Lucia was by table but by the time we got to Chris, she was gone. No Billys. Jeremy said they went to hotel. After I and AT got pix taken, I wanted pic 3 together and waited till end of the line. AT was standing away from line like bad kid on the corner chair and I had to call her many times " come ..on, lets get picture taken!!" I asked Chris "Can I get another picture with you and her together? I met her at forum which you never get on..." Chris didn't say anything but he looked guilty. |
Follwing week, I got e-mail from the lady of CSO to come pick up poster. |
I would bring more staff to get autograph and I could think about things to say..but Feb 13..30min sleep a night before, I get messy at work, I wouldn't have time to go home to change the cloths, fix hair and make up....I didn't even know I could make it to the concert. This was miracle for me. I had to go back to work. That was deal to come to this concert. I had to hug Chris again. I walked out Boettcher Hall with AT. My train station is a couple of blocks away. Her hotel was a block away. She pointed out Hyette across the street we were walking. I just saw a train passed. The next one would be more minuets. I wondered a lady getting on the train was in the show...? (not. she just got off work.) Friday night in the train..some people looked like got out bar early, sleeping in the train..) Got to the station near work, asked a driver to come pick me up. Back to work. Everyone wrapped up and just leaveing. One girl asked me why I was smiling. "Because I just went to concert!" I want to tell Chris more staff. A project came to my mind. Come back Chris! (please not right before Valentine's Day..)
