I think I saw Paul at Winter Park a while back and Fiddler's Green for CD104.3 jazz fest. without anounced that he would be there. This time, I saw Soiled Dove e-letter but I didn't decide to go till a day before. I guess most of people buy tickets a pair or friends together, there was a seat really close to the stage, When I asked friend on facebook, he kindly replied to me.

Soiled Dove is very closed to my house, 10 min drive or so, if I miseed the first time his solo show for me, I would regret.

There was a guy checking people's ID and he insisted to see my ID made me feel good.

On the way to my seat, I got drink I asked if the bartender lady could make blue Hwaii and she said "I think so.." Right color and tasted good!! .

I was running late but the show didn't start until after I got a drink and sat in my seat.. The place was packed. He's so popular!! He came out and greated to the audience. He called us "smooth jazz lover" Lots of songs are on the good rythm and easy to dance. In one song, I heard jazzy phrase Paul played. I thought "oh, I like this!" Then, he played the same phrase. and again. Then keyboad guy played the same phrase. and again. Then, the drum guy did that, too. Yeah, this is smooth jazz. A while back Nelly and Kelly did tha song and I think it sounds like one part of Luther Vandros' song. Somehow, I pictred thw scene I-70 east, out of Colorado to Kansas..."over and over"

Paul played a few old hit songs, those songs bring back my smooth jazz radio listening days. Specially, live.

In the past I've seen him was the surprise guest of jazz fest. This is totally HIS show

The full audience enjoy his show, Paul appreciates the audience. Being there was very good feeling.

I didn't stay for meet&greet but I posted ONE picture on facebook and he thanked for it and I was at concert. I think those one by one communication filled that concert. He's so sweet on the stage, caring the audience all the time. His play is sweet. His song is sweet.
